epa02119585 Members of the public experience an installation entitled ' Heavy Is The Head That Wears The Crown ' , at a multimedia ' conceptual circus ' entitled ' HopeGlory ' by Hong Kong-based artist Simon Birch , Hong Kong , China , 16 April 2010 . The show is the first of its kind in the city which is often criticized as a cultural desert . ' HopeGlory ' is sponsored by the ' Mega Events Fund ' , a newly formed Hong Kong Government Tourism Commission initiative . The show runs from 08 April to 30 May 2010 .  EPA/ALEX HOFFORD
