Coca-cola Icecek 2009 Net Pft Try169.5m Vs Try81.3m
Istanbul-listed Turkish soft drinks producer Coca-Cola Icecek Sanayi AS (CCOLA.IS) Monday posted a consolidated net profit of 169.5 million Turkish lira ($110.5 million) in 2009.
The company posted a net profit of TRY81 . 3 million in 2008 .
According to the consolidated results published on the Web site of the Istanbul Stock Exchange , the increase in net profit mainly stemmed from rising sales .
The company ' s net income from sales increased to TRY2 . 4 billion in 2009 from TRY2 . 2 billion a year earlier , while its operating profit fell to TRY236 . 4 million from TRY259 . 5 million .
