The child murderer Magnus Gaefgen has achieved a partial success with his torture complaint against Germany. With the threat of violence against Gaefgen during the search after the abducted financier-son, Germany has transgressed against the torture ban of the convention of Human Rights, the European Court of Human Rights decided in Strasbourg, France, 01 June 2010.
