epa02199480 Retired Iraeli Supreme Court justice Yaakov Tirkel in his office in Jerusalem on 13 June 2010, as he is named by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to head the investigation into the events of the Israeli naval attack on the Free Gaza Movement's flotilla in which nine people were killed several weeks ago.
