The French Policethe Spanish Civil Guard arrested in a joint operation the leader of the terrorist group Mikel Kabikoitz Carrera Sarobe along with two other alleged members in an apartment in Bayonne. A fourth person, an alleged collaborator, was taken into custody in a different town of the region.
