Tensions are mounting in the Thai capital as at least three five star hotels in the Rachaprasong area have closed 20 April , announcing plans to stay shut until 25 April , citing safety concerns as thousands of protesters continue to occupy the areablock it forcing hundreds of shops in the high end district to also stay closed .
