Turkey's Teb, Fortıs In Talks On Corporate Structure

Turkish private lender Turk Ekonomi Bankasi (TEBNK.IS)Fortis Bank's Turkish unit, Fortis Bank AS (FORTS.IS), said late Tuesday that talks on their corporate structure continuethey haven't reached a final agreement yet.

In a statement, the banks said last year they had signed a non-disclosure agreement to evaluate different corporate structure options.

France's BNP Paribas SA (BNP.FR) has a 50% stake in Turk Ekonomi Bankasi.
